NO LIMITS RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Conditions
• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and accessories (socks) are non-refundable.
How to Return
1. Email us Admin@nolimitsactive.com.au
2. Enter your order number and email address to start the return.
3. You’ll receive an email that will direct you through the process.
Change of mind or sizing exchange
If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size:
• You can return your item for Store Credit (Gift Card) or an Exchange, provided it meets our return conditions.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• You remain responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
Refunds
• Gift Card will be issued to your email within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, contact us at Admin@nolimitsactive.com.au within 15 days of receipt.
Include photos for review by our team. If confirmed faulty:
We will offer a replacement, or if the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a Store Credit.
Claims outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
STORE CREDIT (GIFT CARD)
• Store Credit is issued as a digital gift card
• Gift cards are emailed to the original purchase email within 5-7 days of receiving your return
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable
